The North Texas Leadership Academy is a PreK3-12th grade college preparatory private school dedicated to serving bright and gifted students. North Texas Leadership Academy (NTLA) provides an innovative and rigorous curriculum designed to challenge each student as they progress. With class sizes no larger than 12, students have the benefit of individualized instruction from teachers and the freedom to learn at an advanced level. NTLA uses hands-on, real world application of skills while placing a special emphasis on leadership development and service learning which allows students the opportunity to develop into leaders as well as life-long learners. The academic environment is designed specifically for bright children in order to provide a social community that empowers each student's sense of self.

NTLA places a special emphasis on leadership and service learning within the curriculum. Each year students design and direct quarterly community service projects. NTLA believes that we can better ourselves through helping others and families are encouraged to model the importance of leadership and community service at home.
